We want you to have as much fun as possible, but please, not at the expense of our other guests. If guests abide by the following guidelines, everyone can relax and enjoy their stay. 

Noise Courtesies 

We want you to have fun but please respect the space and privacy of those around you. Designated quiet time is 10:00 pm – 7:00 am. 

Non Smoking Policy 

Our guest rooms are 100% smoke-free. Please be considerate of other guests when smoking outside of the guest rooms. If your smoking is disturbing other guests, you will be asked to relocate away from guest rooms. 

If any guest should smoke in a room, the guest will reimburse the Hi-Tide for one additional night’s lodging. This fee is necessary to compensate for the 24-hour period the room will be out of service while it is being detailed and cleaned. We appreciate your cooperation.

Pet Policy 

The Hi-Tide is happy to accommodate you and your pet, but we ask you to comply with a few guidelines to ensure that everyone staying with us will have a good time. You should have signed the “Pet Contract” during check-in. This gives further explanation of our pet policies and details your responsibilities as the pet owner. If we neglected to ask you to sign this on your way in, please let us know and we can bring a copy to your room.

Secondly, we have to charge you a little extra for bringing your pet because of the necessary labor and cleaning costs. Therefore, we charge a $25 pet fee, per night, with a maximum of two pets per room. 10% of your pet fees will be donated to the Clatsop County Animal Shelter & Clatsop County Animal Assistance. 

And finally, please pick up after your pet – it’s just good karma! If any guest should have a pet in a non-pet room, the guest will reimburse the HiTide for one additional night’s lodging. This fee is necessary to compensate for the 24-hour period the room will be out of service while it is being detailed and cleaned. We appreciate your cooperation.
